Bug Fixes, 3 Playable Levels & Polish

I've done quite a lot of work on the game over the last few days. I think I have ironed out all the bugs (but of course please tell me if you find any!), and I've now implemented 3 levels. In each level the buildings get bigger and the nightmare meter will progress more quickly so you'll need to move faster to keep on top of it.
I've completely changed the UI as I really didn't like what I had before and added a bunch of sound effects though they are a little rough!
At this point all I really want to do with the game is put in some kind of simple intro sequence.
